Processing and Shipping

Processing and shipping times are normally 1-3 days. Please be aware that these times may become longer during the holidays and during major sale events.

We cannot guarantee changes to orders once they have been placed. Please reach out to us immediately at support@hometownfusion.com with details concerning your order (including order number), and we will attempt to make the changes. Unfortunately, no changes can be made once the package has left our building.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is processed. Please allow up to 72 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information.

Transit times will vary depending on destination and shipping method.

Currently, we only ship to addresses inside the continental U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time.
