Returns
Hometown Fusion offers a 14-day return policy. Once you have received your package, you have 14 days to contact us at support@hometownfusion.com to initiate a return request.
Returns are only allowed for unused items in their original packages.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Once returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified if your return is approved or not. If your return is approved, you will receive a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, banks and credit card companies take additional time to process and post refunds. If it has been over 15 business days since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@hometownfusion.com
Note: Discontinued items, clearance items, limited collections, and gift cards are non-returnable. Sales of these items are final.
Damaged Items
Please be sure to inspect your packages upon arrival, and notify us immediately of any damage or if you received the wrong item.
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and before using product. Include photos of the damaged or incorrect item as well as a description so we can look into the issue and make it right.
Please be aware that candles and wax melts can soften or melt if shipped during warmer weather. Please arrange to have your items delivered to an air conditioned location where someone can receive your package.
We cannot be held liable for products left in hot temperatures for an extended period of time.
