Unlike cheaper trimmers, the base of this trimmer is 1/4” tall. Simply place the trimmer base on top of your cooled, solidified candle and trim the wick. No measuring or “eyeballing” necessary. The small tray on top of the blade catches the wick trimming for easy removal.
